Penny Zimmerman graduated with her Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami (FL) in 1992. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Upon graduation, Penny worked in Colorado for the Denver Orthopedic Clinic and Healthsouth. While there, she had extensive experience with sportsmedicine injuries, joint replacements, and orthopedic patients.

Since moving back to the Philadelphia area in 1996 she has been working at Riddle Rehabilitation Institute in Media, PA. There she is the supervisor of the Sportsmedicine Program and supervises their satellite clinic at the Rocky Run YMCA. In 2002, Penny started working for Center IMT. It has been since living in Colorado, that she has had a strong interest in manual therapy and working for Center IMT has enabled her to expand her skills to be able to help the orthopedic, chronic pain, neurologic, pediatric, and geriatric patient. Penny loves doing IMT and is amazed at the changes she has seen in her patient's, family, and friends from getting treatment.
